Cimplifi™ Committed to Developing Diverse Leaders Through CEO Action’s Mentoring Initiative

Advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace

NEW YORK – February 21, 2024  — Cimplifi, an integrated eDiscovery services and contract analytics provider, announced today that two exemplary team members, Carol Bryan and Maria Roldan, have been selected to join the CEO Action’s Mentoring Initiative.

As part of our commitment to CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™, Cimplifi pledged to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and to cultivate more inclusivity while striving to embrace diversity in recruiting, developing, and retaining talent. The CEO Action’s Mentoring Initiative brings together a group of diverse mentees from across the coalition that will take part in a range of professional development activities and topics like networking, decision making, strategy, and change management.

Bryan is a process improvement manager who earned her Bachelor of Arts and master’s degrees from California State University, Los Angeles.  She also holds a paralegal certificate from California State University, Los Angeles.  Roldan is an associate project manager with a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University. She also earned a NALS Legal Assistant certification from the National Association for Legal Support Professionals.
