Cimplifi™ DEI Leader to Join CEO Action’s Mentoring Initiative

Advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace

NEW YORK – August 9, 2022 — Cimplifi, an integrated eDiscovery services and contract analytics provider, announced today that Kristen Floyd, associate director, strategic engagements, and chairperson of the Cimplifi DEI committee, has been selected to join the CEO Action’s Mentoring Initiative.   

The CEO Action’s Mentoring Initiative brings together a group of diverse senior leader mentees from across the coalition that will take part in a range of professional development activities and topics like networking, decision making, strategy, and change management. As part of our commitment to CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™, Cimplifi pledged to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. We are dedicated to cultivating more inclusivity and striving to embrace diversity in recruiting, developing, and retaining talent.

Floyd is an attorney with a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law.  Prior to joining Cimplifi, she was in private practice and was an assistant director at Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law in the office of career and professional development. Floyd earned a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate and is a DocuSign Sales Executive Specialist.
