Compliance Achieves RelativityOne Gold Partner Status

NEW YORK – May 13, 2021 — Compliance, an integrated eDiscovery services and contract analytics provider, today announced that it has achieved RelativityOne Gold Partner status, recognizing extensive experience with RelativityOne. The partner program recognizes excellence in RelativityOne partners that have prioritized and excelled at development and training and offer an unparalleled level of RelativityOne expertise.

Compliance has invested in a robust suite of tools with a singular focus to simplify and streamline eDiscovery. The score is based on a single question: “How likely are you to recommend Compliance to a colleague/peer on a scale from 0 to 10?” Based on global NPS standards, a score above 50 is considered “Excellent”; 70 or above is “World Class.” The legal industry currently has an NPS of 26; IT Services has an NPS of 24, and SaaS a 30. Compliance score of 59 puts it in the “Excellent” category, which only a select group of customer-centric companies have achieved.
