Marla spent 22 years practicing law at the prestigious international firm, Jones Day, specializing in the discovery phase of litigation. She also served as associate general counsel for Goldman Sachs for 11 years where she built and led the firm’s global eDiscovery practice and focused on complex commercial and securities litigation and regulatory investigations.
She is an advisory board member of Legal Week; a fellow of the College of Law Practice Management; a member of CHIEF; an advisory board member of the cybersecurity company, CALAMU; and was on the Educational Advisory Board of CLOC. She was a 2024 ALM Lifetime Achievement Award winner, a Corporate Counsel Business Journal 2024 50 Women to Watch, a Leadership Award winner of the Electronic Discovery Institute, and a Fastcase 50 Honoree. She also proudly created the SPLASH movement (Service Providers Leading Against Sexual Harassment) and was a founding member of the Women in eDiscovery's Operation Safe Spaces. Marla earned a bachelor’s degree in public policy from Duke University and graduated magna cum laude from Boston University School of Law.

He has held multiple senior leadership roles in global consulting and technology organizations, where he directed large delivery teams, launched new service offerings, and advanced the use of emerging technologies—including artificial intelligence—to improve outcomes for clients. Earlier in his career, Brandon was a member of the eDiscovery practice at an Am Law 100 law firm, managing complex litigation and investigation projects.
Throughout his career, Brandon has been recognized for fostering collaborative cultures, improving operational efficiency, and aligning people, process, and technology to drive sustainable growth.
Brandon earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, and holds bachelor’s degrees in psychology, political science, and philosophy from the University of Idaho.

Before joining Cimplifi, Conner led sales and operational functions for global legal services providers and multidisciplinary consulting firms, guiding commercial strategy, market growth, and the creation of scalable, technology‑enabled solutions. Earlier in his career, he served as president of a technology‑driven eDiscovery company, overseeing operations, product strategy, and revenue performance.
A recognized authority in electronic discovery and information governance, Conner has provided expert testimony in federal and state courts and served as a Rule 30(b)(6) corporate representative. He has authored numerous articles and white papers on eDiscovery, data management, and litigation readiness and is a frequent speaker on best practices across the legal technology landscape.

A certified Relativity Master, Joe brings deep technical knowledge and practical insight to every engagement. He is known for designing efficient workflows, implementing best practices, and delivering defensible, cost-effective solutions. His innovations include custom generative AI and analytics tools, workflows for Relativity’s Review Center and aiR for Review, and the development of AI GPTs that accelerate problem-solving in eDiscovery.
Joe also advises clients on eDiscovery costs and support needs, ensuring expert guidance across all matters. He has led global support for high-profile cases involving hundreds of attorneys and managed portfolios in the financial sector, including SEC investigations and compliance initiatives.
He holds a JD from Regent University School of Law and a BS from Virginia Tech. Joe is admitted to the Virginia State Bar and holds multiple Relativity certifications, including Relativity Master, Relativity Certified Administrator, Generative AI Pro, aiR for Privilege Pro, and Project Management Specialist.
